Membership options

Jamie runs multiple classes on a weekly basis. You can either join us for just a one-off class, or sign up to a membership and join us once or twice a week instead. Each session focuses on a flow style practice suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. You will learn to use your breath to move through each pose, building strength, energy and vitality. You will come away from it feeling calmer, re-energised and more relaxed.
